By requesting a quotation, booking a service, accessing our website, or allowing us to carry out work at your property, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website or services.
These terms shall take precedence over any terms submitted by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Services Provided
Residential & Commercial Exterior Cleaning
Premier Power Washing Services provides professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Pressure washing and power washing
- Driveway cleaning
- Patio and paving cleaning
- Roof cleaning
- Soft washing
- Render cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Fascia and soffit cleaning
- Exterior building cleaning
- Moss, algae, lichen, and organic growth removal
- Commercial exterior cleaning services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
Service Areas
We provide services throughout Dublin and surrounding counties, including Meath, Kildare, Wicklow, and other areas where service availability permits.
Quotations & Pricing
Free Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
- Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing is based on information supplied by the Client and visible site conditions.
- Additional work identified after inspection may result in a revised quotation.
- Any significant price adjustments will be discussed before work proceeds.
Pricing Variations
Final pricing may vary due to:
- Inaccurate information supplied during quotation.
- Restricted access.
- Additional cleaning requirements.
- Health and safety considerations.
- Specialist equipment requirements.
- Site conditions differing from those originally described.
Booking & Scheduling
Service Appointments
Bookings are subject to availability.
- Appointments may occasionally be adjusted due to weather, route planning, workload demands, equipment issues, or operational requirements.
- Same-day services may be available but are not guaranteed.
- Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas.
Access Requirements
The Client is responsible for ensuring access to all areas included in the quotation.
The Contractor is not responsible for moving:
- Vehicles
- Garden furniture
- Plant pots
- Building materials
- Equipment
- Other obstacles
If access is restricted upon arrival, only accessible areas may be cleaned and additional charges may apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Regular Scheduled Services
Where recurring services are provided, at least 7 days’ notice is required before the next scheduled visit if the Client wishes to cancel.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, telephone, or WhatsApp.
One-Off Services
For one-off cleaning services, including pressure washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, gutter cleaning, and exterior cleaning, at least 48 hours’ notice must be provided for cancellation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the quoted service value.
Same-Day Cancellations
If our team arrives at the property and:
- Access is unavailable.
- Entry is refused.
- Vehicles or obstacles prevent work from being completed.
- The Client cancels on the day of service.
A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service value may be charged to cover labour, scheduling, and travel costs.
Postponements & Rescheduling
Due to route planning and workload commitments, postponed appointments may not be immediately rescheduled.
Repeated postponements may result in:
- Additional charges.
- Delayed service dates.
- Cancellation of future bookings.
Weather Policy
Normal Weather Conditions
Most exterior cleaning services can be completed effectively during light rain or damp conditions.
Weather will not normally be accepted as a valid reason for postponing a scheduled appointment.
Severe Weather
Where severe weather creates health and safety concerns, including official Yellow, Orange, or Red weather warnings, Premier Power Washing Services reserves the right to postpone services.
Clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and an alternative appointment will be arranged.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and effective service delivery, customers must:
- Provide clear and safe access to all work areas.
- Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or personal belongings.
- Inform us of any known defects, hazards, underground services, or special requirements.
- Keep children and pets away from active work areas.
- Provide accurate information regarding the property’s condition.
Failure to provide accurate information may affect service results and limit our liability.
Service Guarantee
Workmanship Guarantee
We are committed to delivering a high standard of service.
If the Client has concerns regarding completed work, they must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
Where appropriate, we may:
- Re-clean affected areas.
- Carry out corrective work.
- Offer an alternative resolution at our discretion.
Exclusions
Our guarantee does not cover:
- Permanent staining.
- Existing damage.
- Structural defects.
- Weather-related issues occurring after service completion.
- Future contamination.
- Natural regrowth of moss, algae, lichen, or organic matter.
- Surfaces that cannot be fully restored through cleaning.
Failure to notify us within 48 hours will be deemed acceptance of the completed work.
Pressure Washing & Exterior Surface Cleaning
While our cleaning methods are highly effective, some stains may be permanent and cannot be safely removed.
Standard services do not include removal of:
- Paint.
- Graffiti.
- Cement residue.
- Adhesives.
- Rust staining.
- Oil staining.
- Construction debris.
Additional treatments may be available at extra cost.
Cleaning may reveal existing defects that were previously hidden beneath dirt, moss, algae, or staining. The Contractor accepts no responsibility for pre-existing defects.
Roof Cleaning
Roof cleaning services are designed to remove moss, algae, lichen, and organic growth.
While every care is taken, cleaning may reveal pre-existing issues including:
- Cracked tiles.
- Damaged pointing.
- Previous repairs.
- Surface deterioration.
The Contractor cannot guarantee complete stain removal where staining has permanently affected roofing materials.
Gutter Cleaning
Scope of Service
Gutter cleaning includes removal of:
- Leaves.
- Moss.
- Debris.
- Blockages.
The service does not include:
- Gutter repairs.
- Replacement of components.
- Installation work.
- Structural alterations.
Access Limitations
Where specialist access equipment is required, additional charges may apply and will be discussed before work proceeds.
Fascia, Soffit & Cladding Cleaning
Fascia, soffit, and cladding cleaning are separate services unless specifically included within a quotation.
Some staining, oxidation, weathering, and discolouration may be permanent and cannot always be removed.
Payment Terms
Payment Due
Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may request deposits for larger residential or commercial projects.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank transfer.
- Debit card.

- Cash.
Late Payments
Failure to make payment may result in:
- Late payment charges.
- Debt recovery action.
- Legal proceedings.
- Recovery of collection and court costs where permitted by law.
- Suspension of future services.
Deposits
Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable except where cancellation occurs directly due to circumstances caused by the Contractor.
Liability & Insurance
Insurance
Premier Power Washing Services maintains appropriate public liability insurance for the services provided.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Existing defects.
- Loose pointing.
- Cracked render.
- Weathered surfaces.
- Structural defects.
- Hidden damage.
- Defective installations.
- Damage resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the Client.
Our liability is limited to direct loss caused solely by proven negligence and shall not exceed the value of the services provided.
Health & Safety
Health and safety remain our highest priority.
We reserve the right to postpone, suspend, or refuse work where conditions are considered unsafe, including:
- Hazardous access.
- Electrical hazards.
- Structural instability.
- Aggressive behaviour.
- Severe weather conditions.
All work is carried out in accordance with applicable health and safety legislation.
Website Use
Acceptable Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property
